I'm not sure what these bears are made of. They look like lapis, sugilite, coral, etc. I suspect the material is re-constituted and molded, not something I'd ordinarily use, but I thought they were nicely done. The bears are tiny, only about 1/2" wide.

A fun necklace of large, colorful shaped jasper rectangles strung on a leather cord with large sterling beads. Note that the jasper beads are shaped so they tend to rest with the leather cord behind the bead, but they can dance around when worn so the other face shows (note the bead on the upper left).
