The aqua nuggets in this fabulous collection are aquamarine. The other multi-colored nuggets are huge chunks of tourmaline. The center stone is watermelon tourmaline, please click on the "enlarge" button and scroll down to the third photo to get some idea of what the watermelon looks like inside the stone. The necklace is hand-knotted on silk with beautiful 18k gold beads and findings. The nuggets appear rough, but have been tumbled gently so they are quite smooth and a pleasure to wear. The matching mismatched earrings are have tourmalines topped with an 18K gold bead and a tiny bead of faceted rutilated quartz. The delicate ear wires are also 18K. This set is dramatic, elegant yet natural and very unusual -- doesn't that describe you too? You were meant for each other! |
